A tempestuous summer storm, windblown hair, a love for the ages and the cutest golden retriever. Are you ready? Let's go! Kimberlie + Jacob wanted a wild, rugged engagement session in the Columbia River Gorge here in Oregon. And boy, did nature give us wild! We could see the storm approaching on the horizon; dark, looming clouds with promises of rain. Still, as the blustery wind blew, we documented Kimberlie + Jacob's unabashed and gentle love they have for each other...and their adorable dog, Cody! As we were wrapping up the session, as if on cue, the storm arrived. Kimberlie + Jacob took some sweet moments to bask in the summer rain...even though Cody would be in desperate need of a bath when they got home! We love every single one of our elopements and adventure engagement sessions because they are all so wildly different! Locations, weather, couples...every shoot is its own little adventure.
